Return & Warranty Policy
Warranty Information:
All our new, refurbished, or renewed items are warranted against hardware defects. If the goods are defective, they will be repaired or replaced at the supplier’s discretion, free of charge, under the following terms:
- New items are covered for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Refurbished or renewed items are covered for 3 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the goods and will be void if the goods:
- Have been damaged due to negligence or accident after purchase.
- Show evidence of physical damage or water damage.
- Are used other than for their intended purpose or not used in accordance with provided instructions (e.g., using a basic laptop intended for school purposes for gaming).
- Have been serviced or repaired by anyone other than TechFlex TT or an approved service center/technician.
- Have been altered or used with other goods in a way that affects their integrity, performance, safety, or reliability.
This warranty is provided in place of all other warranties and guarantees, whether express or implied. We accept no liability, under any circumstances, for any consequential damage or loss incurred by anyone using or unable to use the goods.
If applicable under warranty, simply return the goods to our repair center at #60 Old Southern Main Road, Chaguanas, where we will repair or replace them. Please note that this warranty does not cover issues arising from ‘change of mind,’ compatibility issues, or similar reasons.
Refund Policy:
We guarantee against DOA (Dead on Arrival) for all items, meaning they will not turn on or power up as described upon receipt. Refunds are only applicable in this case. If a refund is requested for any other reason, a 15% penalty on the purchase price will be applied.
All claims of DOA and refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the item’s delivery. Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were originally delivered.
